Our Managing Stress at the Workplace program takes a holistic approach and addresses four essential dimensions of well-being: Physical; Intellectual; Emotional; Spiritual. The first part of the programme focuses on understanding the nature of stress and participants will be given the opportunity to go through a personal stress audit that will give them a good indication of their levels of stress. The second part looks at physical and psychological stress symptoms while the third and main part of the programme focuses on identifying ways of addressing stress and pressure through one’s lifestyle and mental habits.

Claire Suzanne Borgholds a B.Psy (Hons) degree from the University of Malta, and an MSc. Work and Organizational Psychology from the University of Limerick, Ireland. Claire has focused on research on productivity and communication in the workplace. She is licensed by the BPS (RQTU 398354) as a personality and ability test psychometrician.

Claire’s strong interest and educational background in Work Psychology has led her to work in a diverse number of sectors, namely through psychometric practices, work psychology consultancy and recruitment.

Claire’s experience with long-term unemployed persons and persons from disadvantaged backgrounds has cultivated a special interest in mindfulness in the workplace practices. Moreover, working with adults from the aforementioned backgrounds has encouraged Claire to work with local teens and pre-teens in order to help them prepare themselves for the world of work and challenges that they may face while taking this important step in their careers.

Additionally, Claire is a Yoga Alliance registered yoga instructor and uses yoga as a platform to inspire her students to test their limits and believe in their ability to achieve anything that they set out to do.
