Our Managing Stress at the Workplace program takes a holistic approach and addresses four essential dimensions of well-being: Physical; Intellectual; Emotional; Spiritual. The first part of the programme focuses on understanding the nature of stress and participants will be given the opportunity to go through a personal stress audit that will give them a good indication of their levels of stress. The second part looks at physical and psychological stress symptoms while the third and main part of the programme focuses on identifying ways of addressing stress and pressure through one’s lifestyle and mental habits.
