VAT - Yachting & Aviation

During the session, we will go in detail through the relevant VAT provisions which are frequently applied in the Yachting and Aviation industry as well as the general VAT rules that need to be considered when analysing a particular transaction. The session will also include a practical walkthrough from a VAT Compliance and VAT Return reporting perspective.

The Speaker

Letizia Grech Seychell, a Certified Public Accountant, is a Senior Tax Accountant within the Tax Compliance Department at Fenlex Corporate Services Ltd since January 2021. She graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Economics in 2015, followed by a Master in Accountancy in 2017, both from the University of Malta. She then successfully obtained a Professional Award in Taxation in 2018 from the Malta Institute of Taxation. Furthermore, Letizia is a member of the Malta Institute of Taxation and of the Malta Institute of Accountants. She was previously employed with an international pharmaceutical company as a global tax accountant.
