The financial statements are considered a useful source of information for ordinary shareholders and stakeholders in order to take an effective decision. The financial statements of an organisation will be examined by using univariate analysis and multiple discriminate analysis. Attention will also be devoted to qualitative factors present in the financial statements that can enrich the examination of a business enterprise.
The findings from the quantitative and qualitative analysis of the financial statements of the chosen organisation will also be integrated with strategic and environmental analyses. Effective techniques that help in examining the firm’s strategy and the business environment will be unveiled and applied on the selected organisation.
