The Speaker

Gabriella Chircop is an associate at Camilleri Preziosi Advocates, forming part of the firm’s Corporate and Tax team. She regularly advises and assists clients on a number of transactions including local and cross-border M&A transactions, mergers, takeovers and corporate restructurings, in a broad spectrum of industry sectors. She is also involved in a wide range of tax advisory work and commercial contracts such as joint venture agreements and share option schemes for clients.
