Karl Herrera, Chief Officer Incentives Development and Evaluation @ Malta Enterprise.  Karl Herrera as the officer responsible for the development of incentives at Malta Enterprise Corporation for has been engaged in the design of various grant schemes, financial instruments, fiscal measures and other business support projects.  He is also responsible for the project evaluation function of the Corporation which is tasked with reviewing projects from a financial and economic perspective.  Karl is also actively involved in the development and implementation of various initiatives aimed to facilitate the business environment and support industrial competitiveness.

 

Audrey Caruana, Coordinator, Start-up Support @Malta Enterprise.  With a background in business and management, particularly in entrepreneurship,  Audrey is an avid supporter of the local start-up environment whereby she takes part in various start-up initiatives and also leads a working group solely dedicated to start-ups. As a firm believer in lifelong learning, she also contributes to teaching and mentoring post-secondary students in business and management courses. 

 

Francesca Catherine Farrugia is co-ordinator of Project Review at Malta Enterprise focusing on reviewing and evaluating project applications for support under various incentives. She also contributes to the development of the documentation package designed to facilitate the application process, and in the organisation of promotional and training events for stakeholders and industry. In previous roles, Francesca gained extensive experience in corporate communications and in development of business strategies for the creative industries.
