One of the CSP services is the acting as or arranging for Directorship position. This licenseable activity which also happens to be a relevant activity brings with it monitoring obligations by the CSP. In this session we shall analyse these obligations and look at different type of Directorships, such as, with bank account control and without bank account control, and how these can be reflected in the CRA of the CSP. We will also look into transaction monitoring policy for Directorship services and will discuss typologies on red flags and the reporting obligations from a CSP's perspective.
