Dr Bjorn Camilleri graduated with a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) in 2019 after having presented his dissertation entitled “The Freedom of Contract of Footballers in Malta in the light of the Principles of European Law”. He obtained his Master of Advocacy in 2020 from the University of Malta. Today, Dr Bjorn Camilleri heads the Employment Law at his current workplace and assist clients with a wide range of matters, including employment contracts, workplace policies, discrimination issues, and dispute resolution. As an expert in AML/CFT Law (CAMS certified), Dr Bjorn Camilleri helps businesses ensure compliance with anti-money laundering and counter-terrorist financing regulations, guiding them in implementing effective measures to mitigate risks and maintain regulatory adherence.
Jan Killips read her Law degree at Ulster University in Belfast, United Kingdom, she was awarded a Bachelor of Laws degree in 2015 and a Masters of Clinical Legal Education in 2016 which focused on Transitional Justice, Employment Law, Social Security Law, Tribunal Representation and Alternative Dispute Resolution. Jan also obtained a Maltese Legal Warrant which recognised her Bachelor & Masters degrees under the Home Country Title. Over the course of her career, Jan has gained extensive experience, particularly in the realms of data protection, iGaming, and Regulated Industries.
Dr Luana Agius was conferred a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Malta in 2020, following the successful submission of her Dissertation entitled ‘A comparative analysis between the interpretation of in loco parentis under English law and that under Maltese law’. Thereafter, she read for and graduated with a degree in Master of Advocacy from the University of Malta in 2021. Luana specialises in several areas of law including Employment Law and Shipping & Yachting.
