This session will help leaders/managers discover how to recognize the causes of interpersonal conflict and become aware of the teams’ emotional triggers to prevent explosive situations. Participants will learn new strategies of conflict management that will improve the team’s communication performance, and ultimately increase the success of their business initiatives.

Jes has contributed to the growth and success of a number of different organisations, in different industries and in a variety of senior management roles locally and overseas. His ability to achieve results by harnessing and developing the qualities of the various team-members under his leadership led him to become an accredited coach and transition into the world of learning and development. He brings to the team a wealth of management experience that ensures that his training sessions are always practical and delivered with passion. He has been instrumental in the design and delivery of various training programmes for a number of companies ranging from performance management to skills training.
Jes is also a well-known actor on the local theatre scene and his unique ability to engage an audience can be experienced in his training delivery.
Jes graduated as an Architect and Civil Engineer from the University of Malta, holds an M.Sc from University of London as well as a post graduate diploma in Facilities Management from the University of Reading. He is an ILM accredited coach following training in London.
