Description

Modern organisations need to constantly seek to maintain and improve shareholder value whilst handling the needs of the ever-changing labour market. In so doing, organisations seek to find a balance between creating value whilst simultaneously controlling costs.

The unfortunate economic uncertainty that the COVID-19 pandemic virus created has also brought with it new ideas and perspectives on how organisations can still function effectively even in such challenging situations. This is however just the latest in international uncertainties that have compelled organisations to rethink their business strategy and how they can still operate efficiently under such uncertainty.

This course is designed to look at how such situations of uncertainty can be not only managed through a virtual presence but more importantly turned into opportunities for improvement, supporting organisation’s drive for sustainable operations whilst maximising profits. During this course we will look at how costs can be controlled and reduced, innovative working methods can help improve operational effectiveness and provide business sustainability under very challenging circumstances.
