Alexandra Lia is the payroll manager at DFK Malta. She has been working for over 25 years in the Payroll and HR industry and has a vast experience in various sectors ranging from hospitality, language schools, care homes, manufacturing, and aviation. She has also worked as a Payroll and HR manager at a leading iGaming company for over 4 years. In 2020 Alexandra joined DFK Malta as a Payroll Services Manager and is responsible for providing payroll and employment-related services to a varied portfolio of clients, including the computation of periodic payroll, monthly and yearly reports, application submissions to various authorities relating to employment and terminations and other human resources services. At DFK Malta, Alexandra also provides consultancy services related to her line of industry. Besides her vast experience, Alexandra is also certified in HR and People Management.
