Managing Stress at the Workplace addresses five essential dimensions of wellbeing that are critical to managing stress effectively: Physical; Intellectual; Social, Emotional; Spiritual. The first part of the session focuses on understanding the nature of stress and participants will be given the opportunity to go through a personal stress inventory that will give them a good indication of their coping resources in dealing with stress. The second part looks at red flag physical and psychological symptoms while the third and main part of the session focuses on identifying ways of addressing stress and pressure and building resilience through lifestyle and mental habits.
